ABOUT Almanor Packaged Homes:
Claude
Walker has been a contractor and builder of the Pacific Building System
since the 1970's in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. In 2000, Claude
and his wife Elisabeth became licensed representatives of PMHI in
the Vacaville area. Hence, he is one of our most experienced and
successful builder/dealers. In 2005, Claude & Elisabeth moved
to Lake Almanor and founded Almanor
Packaged Homes and continued as licensed representatives
of Pacific Modern Homes, Inc.
Framing
packages are the most cost effective method of construction. A framing
package allows you to be an owner-builder and in control of the
construction of your dream home. You may do some or all of the work, or
hire sub-contractors directly to keep your building costs down. Since
the walls panels are constructed in a factory controlled environment,
you have a higher quality of building materials and less job waste.
Panelized wall framing allows for a shorter construction time frame and
reduces the downtime from inclement weather.
